Presentation :
My educatioin is based on "The classical principles of riding" and the physiological principles of training for horses and humans.
My name is Friederike Uhlig, born in 1978, studied equine science at the University of Veterinary Medicine Vienna, certified OsteoConcept Coach according to Welter-Böller and have been a trainer for riders and horses in Germany and Austria since 2005.
For more than 18 years I have been training riders and horses.
The most important thing in horse training is the physical but also mental health of the horse. I focus teaching the rider and horse to recognize their "balance" problems and to eliminate them through correct biomechanical functional sequences and
So-called problem horses usually only have difficulties with their anatomical crookedness, imbalances in the distribution of force in the body and the resulting stress factors that lead to incorrect behaviour or even resistance. Visible rideability and health problems are often only caused by unbalanced movement patterns and excessive demands during training.
I teach the rider the importance of basic work. In addition, I explain the meaning and logic of the aids from a correct seat in an understandable way. I show the rider how to create the correct seat himself and how to recognise problems in good time and rectify them quickly.
The aim of my lessons is to teach the rider how to support his horse with joy and expertise in a physiologically healthy way and to work gently so that he is able to harmonise both moving systems - human and horse - and train them as far as possible with "knowledge and feeling".
